1)   Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

• NO, we do not. We have orders ranging from less than 100 pieces to more than 10,000 pieces from a wide variety of clients. The main impact will be on the cost-savings we can negotiate for you from our suppliers.

2)   How long is your production lead time?

• We guarantee that we can accommodate any schedule. The more comprehensive your product development, the faster you can have your order filled. Our Product Development service puts you in the position to choose the quality levels and/or trust us to handle as much, or as little of the approval process as you feel comfortable. Also, this service includes a complete technical package, including Tear Sheet, Construction Sheet & Label Artwork/Placement, for you reference.

3)   What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept payments through LC’s, bank wire transfer and PayPal. Additionally, our extensive network allows us to accommodate a wide variety of terms and conditions.

4)   Do you have any shipping restrictions?

• NO. We can ship to anywhere in the world. Our proprietary logistical tracking service provides door-to-door service that will allow you to focus on business growth.
